The VEMI is safe for regular use. It’s an ideal closing modality to follow other Vitality Tech services. For general wellness, stress, and sleep: 2-3 sessions/week For active recovery or high-stress periods: 3-5 sessions/week For maintenance along with other services: 1-2 sessions/week
You can schedule a 30-minute or 60-minute session. Consistent use improves results over time.
